The Pulse Jet Dust Collector is an industrial air filtration unit for capturing fine dust released during mechanical recycling. It is installed on both battery recycling lines and e-waste recovery plants — typically at shredding, crushing, grinding and screening stages, where black mass, PCB scrap and other dry fractions generate airborne particles.
As feedstock is size-reduced to separate metals and plastics, process air carries fine debris. The collector traps these particles on high-efficiency filter media and uses compressed-air jet pulses to clean the filter surface without stopping the line.
Dust from lithium batteries, circuit boards and electronic assemblies should stay inside a closed extraction circuit. Dirty air enters the housing, particles collect on the filter elements, and cleaned air is returned or exhausted. Regular pulse cleaning prevents media blinding and keeps airflow stable under continuous duty.
This protects operators, helps meet emission limits and keeps downstream equipment free of abrasive dust — in battery plants and e-waste plants alike.
Technical Specifications
The Pulse Jet Dust Collector System is designed to capture fine dust and airborne particles generated during battery recycling, e-waste processing, crushing, grinding, screening and material handling.
Dust particles are collected on high-efficiency filter elements, while automatic compressed-air pulses periodically clean the filter surfaces and maintain stable airflow during continuous operation.
