Magnetic Separation Unit

The Cross-Belt Magnetic Separator employs a robust magnetic field to efficiently separate ferrous contaminants from spent batteries for the purification of black mass. It is highly efficient in removing materials containing iron or steel, which could be present in battery recycling processes. This equipment is equipped with high-strength magnets, strategically positioned to attract and capture ferrous metals from the material stream. Its adjustable settings cater to different material compositions, ensuring precise separation. With a focus on technical precision, it enhances the quality of end products by significantly reducing magnetic impurities.

Engineered for performance, the Cross-Belt Magnetic Separator is the ideal solution for reliable, high-efficiency ferrous metal separation in demanding industrial environments. With customizable conveyor widths ranging from 500 mm to 2000 mm, this system easily adapts to the processing lines of battery recycling plants. At the heart of the system lies a powerful magnetic core, available with high-grade neodymium (NdFeB) or durable ceramic magnets, delivering exceptional separation performance across a magnetic field range of 100 to 400 mm. Whether you’re dealing with fine particles, they are effortlessly extracted without interrupting your material flow.

Built for endurance, the separator is fitted with heavy-duty rubber or PVC belts, specially selected for maximum wear resistance and minimal maintenance. The drive system is powered by energy-efficient motors ranging from 0.75 kW to 5.5 kW, equipped with frequency inverters for precise control and adaptable operation. Designed for automatic, continuous operation, this separator minimizes downtime and maximizes productivity, offering a seamless solution for facilities that demand both quality and consistency.
