Spent batteries cannot be treated as ordinary scrap. They carry residual energy, electrolyte and fine powders that must stay in a closed process. Our systems combine mechanical preparation, thermal treatment and hydrometallurgy so black mass can be refined into saleable metal products.

The first stage reduces whole packs and cells, dries residual electrolyte and separates casing metals from active powder.

Thermal and chemical recovery
Black mass is roasted to remove organics, then leached and separated so nickel, cobalt, lithium, manganese and other values can be recovered as salts or metals.
